Return Policy – Staypaidyunginz

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at staypaidyungins2@gmail.com before sending anything back. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
Note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Check your package as soon as it arrives. If anything’s off—wrong item, defect, or damage—hit us up immediately and we’ll handle it.

Exchanges

Want something else? Return your item first. Once approved, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take a few business days to reflect depending on your bank.
